BAE Systems creates new technology for WMD activity

BAE systems is the British multinational company which regulates aerospace, defense and security areas in Europe. It is headquartered in London and Farnborough in the United Kingdom and has operations worldwide. It has done many technological inventions and has assisted the countries worldwide by their air crafts, submarines etc., The BAE systems is now planning to develop an advanced analytics technology which can help in detection of weapons of mass destruction (WMD).

The FAST lab research and development team of BAE systems is all set to do alliance with the Barnstorm Research and Washington State University to develop a new technology called Multi-info Alerting of Threat CBRNE Hypotheses (MATCH) which will help in detection and destroying the weapons of mass destruction activity. In the development of this new technology the fund will be contributed by US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s (DARPA) Defense Sciences Office to the BAE systems. This MATCH technology will be proficient in detecting signs of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) dangers by utilizing multiple data sources.

The BAE systems will accomplish the task of the development of this technology for the programme at its US facilities located in Arlington, Burlington, Massachusetts and Virginia.
