Sequans adopted Sequans’ Monarch SiP to provide the latest Invoxia GPS tracker LTE-M connectivity

Communications from Sequans S.A. (NYSE: SQNS) reported that Invoxia, the maker of a wide range of AI-integrating smart trackers, has adopted Sequans ‘ Monarch SiP to provide the latest Invoxia GPS tracker LTE-M connectivity, unveiled today at CES. Among the very first low-power geolocating tools, the Invoxia GPS Tracker provides real-time tracking over 4 G and 5 G networks. The Invoxia GPS Tracker is an anti-theft solution that is ideal for cars, motorcycles and scooters that can evolve and adapt to events of intrusion.

“We chose Sequans ‘ Monarch SiP to provide our new Invoxia tracker with LTE connectivity because it provides ultra-low power consumption and global compatibility and is certified in operator networks across the United States,” said Amélie Caudron, CEO of Invoxia. “Our goal was to make the most powerful tracker possible and we were very impressed with the small size, maturity and versatility of Sequans ‘ Monarch technology and consider it to be the most robust LTE communication solution available today.”

“We congratulate Invoxia on the launch of the new Invoxia GPS tracker and are very proud to contribute our Monarch SiP technology to this powerful anti-tracker.”

“Invoxia’s AI integration, which adapts to events and provides constantly evolving and improving intrusion detection, makes it one of the industry’s most intelligent anti-theft trackers.” The Invoxia GPS Tracker is in an ultra-thin black aluminum case and features a rechargeable 250mAh battery with one month battery life in standard mode and up to 10 months in anti-theft mode. It features tracking of high precision, indoor and outdoor, and numerous features of alarm. It’s now available at Invoxia.com.

The IoT Tracker for Invoxia GPS is based on Sequans Monarch SiP, an all-in-one solution that combines Sequans ‘ Monarch chip with Skyworks Solutions ‘ universal radio front end. Monarch provides full power-saving mode (PSM) and extended discontinuous reception (eDRX) support to allow the long battery life required by many IoT usage cases, and provides enhanced coverage modes that extend coverage for deep-indoor and remote deployments. For LTE positioning, Monarch uses only the LTE radio to integrate Polte’s positioning technology for accurate, low-power indoor and outdoor positioning. Monarch delivers programmable RF filtering in a Single-SKUTM for global band support and proprietary dynamic power management technology that allows low power consumption of 1 microamp at rock bottom. Monarch is worldwide certified by operators.
